1000 Books Before Kindergarten is an exciting early literacy program that is available at both Timmins Public Library branches and the three local EarlyON centres.
It is a free, self-paced program that encourages local families and caregivers to read 1000 books with their young children before they enter kindergarten. The concept is simple…the rewards are priceless! Read a book (any book) to your newborn, infant, and/or toddler.
