The Library is open the following hours from the Tuesday after Labour Day to the Sunday before the third Monday in June.
Main Branch:
Monday to Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday – Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
C.M. Shields Centennial Branch*:
Monday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday – Wednesday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday Closed
*On occasion, the branch may be closed for meal breaks, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.
2.0 Summer Hours
The summer hours for both branches will begin the third Monday in June and end the first Tuesday after Labour Day.

4.0 Professional Development
The Library may close to the public on occasion for a staff professional development day. Any such closure will be advertised well ahead of time.
